Hit search 3. Actual Results: It goes to the main google search screen Expected Results: launched a google search with search parameters from the address line
WFM. Win 98. Build ID 2003012804. Have never seen the problem in earlier releases. Have you tried from the search bar on the URL dropdown? Which theme do you have? Did this just start recently for you? Can you try the latest nightly build? Does it work with other search engines? There were numerous "glitches" around the 25th due to packaging changes.
as of the 1/31 highly release, this bug seems to have disappeared.
