Details

frac-bar-002.html is testing rendering of a fraction bar of an mfrac with padding/border/margin

It seems to be passing locally for me after the patches from bug 1908069, but on treeherder it's only passing on Android.

Maybe that's an antialiasing issue or a timing issue with font load. Would need to debug.
