Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a https secure site. 2. 3. Actual Results: somwtimws the box opens up too small, and is unresizeable, result to using tab key to guess at the ok button. Expected Results: pop up a message, with a view certificate, accept, and cancel button visible.
