1911271 - TB does not scroll to the newest message just arrived when opening mail folder

Steps to reproduce:

Started Thunderbird.

Actual results:

Mails were downloaded automatically. The number of new mails is displayed for every account. When opening the folder of such accounts, mail subjects are displayed in a window. The newest subject is not displayed at the bottom of the window. I need to scroll down to see the newest.

Expected results:

The newest mail subject should be displayed at the end of the list as it was in the previous versions of Thunderbird.
