Looks like the bug title here had a copypaste typo. The bug title mentions grid-placement-negative-lines-001.html but the linked log doesn't mention that test at all. Instead, the linked log has failures in these 3 tests:

REFTEST TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | layout/reftests/transform/partial-prerender-in-svg-3.html == layout/reftests/transform/partial-prerender-in-svg-3-ref.html | image comparison, max difference: 255, number of differing pixels: 800

And regarding the lack-of-visual-differences: the screenshots look the same at first glance, but if you look closely (or use the "circle differences" checkbox), you can see that there's a 2px-thick column of white pixels on the far-right edge of the testcase screenshots. That's the area-of-difference. (Whereas the reference case screenshot is fully green.)

Anyway: it looks like we have bug 1788323 already filed for the first test-failure here, so let's just dupe this to that bug.
