Our /css/css-highlight-api/highlight-text-decorations.html failure looks really subtle - the double-strikethrough in the word "two" has thinner lines (more tightly packed together) than in the reference case, in the wpt.fyi failure screenshot.

I don't see this locally, so it might be platform-dependent (maybe font-dependent).

But in any case, that failure doesn't seem related to custom-highlight, and is either a test bug or an unrelated-to-highlighting text-decoration bug that we should sort out and work around in the test here (and get on file if it's in fact a Firefox bug).
