Weird that wpt-bot is thinking these text-emphasis failures are new. They're not the new thing that was just added to this WPT test; the text-emphasis subtests were added back in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/25427
It looks like we have bug 1663539 on that old PR, and these tests were noted as failing at that point in bug 1663539 comment 3. Though at that point, the failures were for all browsers.
Anyway: triaging as S3.
