testcase part 1, load the second one

load this one. click "buggy", the text in the <input> is lost after going back. click "works fine", and the text comes back after going back.

Testcase WFM. Recent comments in bug 133946 also seems to imply that this works. (This anyway looks like a dupe of 133946 to me...)
