Steps to reproduce:

I updated firefox-developer-edition via pacman then opened it

Actual results:

all websites refused to load, even local lan
and some widget popped up on my previously blank new tab p age saying Weather data is not available right now.

Expected results:

it should have launched and worked as before.

I'm using Linux so I don't think it has anything to do with Win32

Further findings:

I can run Firefox Beta with this profile without problem.

In Dev Edition, I can load HTTP but not HTTPS.
