oak is currently set to scm_level_1. We would need scm_level_3 instead in order to sign and debug some crashes happening on Beta channel. Can you make that change?

For posterity, the reason this needed to be level 3 is because we need custom builds to be installed with the same app name/id in order to use the same profile and reproduce the crash.
