video-encoder-canvasImageSource.https.html WPT will be introduced in bug 1910668, which ensures the VideoFrame constructed from CanvasImageSource can be encoded by VideoEncoder. We should check the image in the test as well: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D218425#inline-1215675
