Firefox version: Firefox Mobile 131.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://zeenews.india.com/video/news/swati-maliwal-makes-huge-allegation-in-assault-case-2749772.html
2. Attempt to play the video and observe

now when page is refreshed, video miraculously plays
on google chrome it plays perfectly
note that you have to clear cookies + data fully in order to reproduce the issue

Expected Behavior:
Video plays

Actual Behavior:
The video does not play

Notes:

• Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

I couldn't figure out which script is responsible for the breakage. Setting to S2, because it is a top1000. Might be just S3, because can be fixed with reload.
