when page has loaded, trying to open the frame in a new tab gives loop in new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
page footer is displayed, then page header, then page cleared.
Loops, until Stop is pressed, resume looping, when reload is pressed.
Tested while writing this bug.

Expected Results:  
Show the page like Phoenix does ( don´t know, if Phoenix displays correctly,
but it displays )

Regression, because the direct link displays in older Phoenix ?

wfm Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030129 on other
computer at work. 

This computer: Win98SE, 512MB RAM, Java 1.4.1, QT6.02, Shockwave Flash 6.0r47

Other Computer ( showing error ):
Win98, 96 MB RAM, no shockwave flash, older Java/QT

I´m still seeing this bug only with my normal profile,
I don´t see this bug with Phoenix nor with a fresh profile,
so I recommend closing it.

I will continue to use my normal (erroneous?) profile as long as I don´t see
this bug on other websites.

Some Javascript on this website gave me errors and warnings, when I opened
Javascript-Console, but lots of messages only in my normal profile.
