There appears to have been a regression of #1771551 - PiP Subtitles Support for BBC.co.uk for at least BBC iPlayer, as iPlayer videos playing in Picture in Picture do not display subtitles, even when subtitles are enabled.

Looking at https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/browser/extensions/pictureinpicture/video-wrappers/bbc.js, it appears that detection of subtitles is done using document.querySelector(".p_subtitlesContainer");, but there is currently no such element when playing iPlayer videos.

Thanks for the bug report.

It may be that our bbc.js wrapper is out-of-date and needs to be updated to work with iPlayer.
