It would be great if there was a way to move/rearrange tabs, so that if I have
three tabs open: [CNN][Mozilla.org][Slashdot], i could move them to
[Mozilla.org][Slashdot][CNN] (thus arranging them in order of importance).

UI-wise, it would probably be best to have Ctrl+Shift PgUp/PgDown move swap the
current tab with the one on the left/right, keeping the focus on the current tab.
