Steps to reproduce:
Looking at any video in youtube.
Actual results:
The video images are ok but the video themselves are a bit washed out.
In Vivaldi, the problem does not seem to be present.
Expected results:
The videos colors should not fade out.

Expected results:

Edit: I see that you are on Nightly. Would you be willing to use mozregression (https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/) to perform a bisection to narrow down the range of bugs that regressed this?

I ran Nightly in "troubleshoot" mode and... the issue went away BUT... I haven't added/modified ANY themes or extensions for monts and the issue came couple of weeks ago so... what gives ?

When restarting Nightly, the window displaying a youtube video autostarts and the video colors are correct for 2-3 sec then... colors fades down a notch.

I found the source of the problem with the assistance of the NVIDIA support agent :
The problem relates to mismanagement of the "Performance | material acceleration" setting ! Disable it and the problem will go away.
Firefox now have to verify their code so that the problem don't arise with the "material acceleration" enabled...
