Steps to reproduce

1. Click the Amazon Top Site on the Homepage
2. Return to the Homepage by clicking the Homepage button at the top left corner.
3. Click the Google Top Site on the Homepage
4. Return to the Homepage by Clicking the Homepage button
5. Click the Hotels.com Top Site on the Homepage
6. Return to the Homepage by Clicking the Homepage button

Expected behavior

The "Jump Back in" section should consistently appear on the Homepage, regardless of which site was last visited.

Actual behavior

In step 2, the "Jump Back in" section disappears after navigating to the Amazon website.
In step 4, the "Jump Back in" section reappears after navigating to the Google website.
In step 6, the "Jump Back in" section disappears again after navigating to the Hotels.com website.
