Steps to reproduce

1. Open multiple tabs
2. Access the tabs tray to view all tabs
3. Close the last tab using the 'X' button.
4. Tap the 'UNDO' button in the notification.

Expected behavior

Only the last one tab should be highlighted

Actual behavior

The last two tabs are highlighted

Hey, thanks for filing this bug! I noticed this bug was reported for version 125. If you haven't already, could you please update to the latest version of Firefox and see if this issue is still reproducible?
