Steps to reproduce:

I create a calendar event and manually add or edit an alarm. In the alarm details dialog, I select absolute date/time (as opposed to relative time before/after the event). It currently is 14:25, I enter 9:00.

Actual results:

After closing the alarm detail dialog, the alarm is set to 15:00 instead of 9:00. So my input is being ignored and replaced with the current time's next full hour.

Expected results:

The alarm time should be set as I explicitly set it.
