Steps to reproduce:

Bug 1852900 solved it for linux, windows but not macos

went to about:networking then dns lookup then google.com but HTTP RRs not listed. when I do enable DoH then it does list

We're tracking this in bug 1882856.
If OSX doesn't fix the DNS library issue, we might need to implement our own DNS resolver library :)
