User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021211
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021211

Mozilla quits all windows without asking any question when you choose
File->Quit. Many of my friends have complained about this feature. Accidentally
if you hit File->Quit, it closes all windows! This is Bizzare. Mozilla should
pop up and window and ask the user if (s)he wants to close all windows! Also
please remove Quit from "File" drop down menu from all the "Tools/Managers"
(derived windows). For ex: There is no reason for the someone to use File->Quit
from a Book Mark Manager window!

Also, please make a default set of mime and plugin recognition in all the
releases. We have to enter each file/mime type and extensions to view any of the
files... Every release should come with default settings.

Ease of use must be given the #1 importance. This is where InternetExplorer has
an edge over other browsers. If you click on any link IE almost has 100% chance
of opening that link and let the user view the contents. Seldom it asks the user
to download a plugin etc.. Even if it asks, the software is good enough to
identify the exact plugin it needs and downloads and installs in no time
(without asking the end user to register @ netscape and login... who has time to
do all that.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From any window, try File->Quit (you see every window disappear without any
question)
2. For plugin, just install the new release (in a new location which does't
have all the setups from your previous install) you see how many url/links you
will be albe to view. Compare the % with IE (internet explorer). Since the
OpenOffice usage is growing, you can expect to open office applications with
soffice plugin etc...
The must to have default plugins for any platform:
- acroread
- jpeg/inage viewer
- flash
- realaudio (for all platforms)
- office (soffice - non-windows platformt MSoffice/works - windows)

3.

Expected Results:
Improve auto recognition of most common file formats.
Please only one issue/ bug report

file/quit is bug 39057 (wontfix).

If you want a complete distributation with all plugins you must use Netscape 7.X
Every user wants different helper apps and for an example :
I have no MS Office nor Openoffice installed on my system.
