191331 - Recent nightly builds don't retrieve/use keychain web site usernames and passwords

I've been downloading nightly builds weekly since 12/20/02. Recent nightly
builds (can't recall which) have stopped accessing keychain for web site user
name and password. Had to go back to 12/20/02 build to restore functionality.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any site with user name and password previously saved in keychain
2. Chimera does not fill in user name and password as expected
3.



Expected Results:  
Should have auto-filled user name and password from keychain

Before going back to 12/20/02, deleted org.mozilla.navigator.plist from
~/Library/Preferences and deleted contents of ~/Library/Application
Support/Chimera/Profiles/default/sdejg52z.slt/Cache

i can almost guarantee this is the autocomplete=off issue, where the site has
requested that we don't autofill. i checked it in on 12/20.
