Looks like our docs linkcheck (running make linkcheck-raw) is permafailing on CI: https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/mozilla/glean/12596/workflows/34ac7ad6-7cb4-4b80-8363-e8592da98d79/jobs/243774

This runs fine locally for me, but I'm not feeling up to digging into this while sitting at the airport so filing this bug to remind myself to look into it next week.
