Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://nitter.poast.org/stoniejohnson/status/1824855610384425079
  2. Observe the embedded video player

Expected Behavior:
Video is playable

Actual Behavior:
Error message shown

Notes:

  • Reproduces in Strict Mode only
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
  • If you right-click on it and open it in a new tab, it works.

The test does not work without the meta viewport tag on mobile since the
document gets scaled down by minimum-scale, causing the initial scroll
offset to not be zero.
