1914581 - Telemetry for Kiosk mode

As a Firefox PM I want to understand the share of DAU coming from Kiosk useage, so that I can prioritize issues appropriately.

Acceptance criteria:

• A (boolean?) flag in the session telemetry that informs about whether the session runs in Kiosk mode

Context:

• Bug 158968 implemented Kiosk mode
• Kiosk mode use is not identified in telemetry currently

You can get whether or not we are in kiosk mode from the BrowserHandler:

if (BrowserHandler.kiosk) {

So we just need to find the right place to report it.

I assume it would be a global on the session somewhere?

Since it happens at startup for the browser session.

TBH, we were struggling a bit to figure out the best place to categorize this bug but we did find Bug 1585945 which had some tickets related to Kiosk mode in this component. So we decided to move it here, but feel free to categorize elsewhere if it isn't suitable.
