In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1914666, I landed the UI strings in a fluent file outside known paths so they wouldn't be translated until the strings are finalized.

Before we roll this out to all users, we need to finalize and move the strings into the proper files:

  • browser/locales/en-US/browser/firefoxRelay.ftl
  • browser/locales/en-US/browser/browser.ftl
