Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a website, e.g., 'https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox'.
  2. Tap on the three vertical dots menu.
  3. Select 'Translate Page'.
  4. Select your desired translation language from the bottom dropdown menu.
  5. Click 'Translate' to translate the entire page.
  6. Pull down to refresh the page.

Expected Behavior

Translation should only be canceled by clicking the 'Translation' icon.

Actual Behavior

Pulling down to refresh causes the page to revert to its original language, losing the translation.

Thanks for the report! My understanding is the described functionality is "works as intended". This proposed functionality would be worth considering. Because this functionality happens both on Desktop and Mobile, this would be a toolkit change, so moving to Firefox::Translations.
