Thanks for the vouches. Commit Access Level 3 has been granted. +LDAP, +SSH key, +HG, +level_1, +level_2. Password has been sent via provided email [e-mail]. When setting up Duo, please select "I have a tablet" option as phone numbers cannot be reused.
