User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:131.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/131.0
Steps to reproduce:
Performance | Material acceleration set to enable :
1- Play a Youtube video
2- Making a print screen of the video playing
or
3- Making a screen capture of the video playing with Irfanview
Actual results:
The print screen / Irfanview capture have washed out colors
Expected results:
The print screen / Irfanview capture should retain the color gamut of the original video
In order to have the correct colors, I have to disable the "material acceleration" setting.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
So what's wrong with these color scheme ?
The left images are Irfanview screen captures of the Youtube video on the right side.
The top screenshot is the default and used to be like this when "material acceleration" was ON. FF does show this color scheme when playing a youtube video and used to keep this color scheme when performing a screenshot of the video.
The bottom screen capture is the color scheme rendered when performing a screenshot "material acceleration" enabled. It used to be the top rendering in the ON mode some month ago so, when playing a video, in ON mode, the top color scheme displays but on a screen capture, or a full printscreen, the color revert to the bottom scheme.
My monitor always have the HDR mode enabled and wonder if FF is now confused by this or... has that nothing to do with this !?

S3

The problem in this instance is that S3 calls for an alternative to resolve the issue. And the alternative is to disable the "material acceleration" ! And if we want to take advantage of the "material acceleration" ? I believe that using the "material acceleration" is more performant than not to so... I am sad not to use it.
