Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/08/19/fact-check-democrat-rep-robert-garcia-claims-donald-trump-told-americans-to-inject-bleach/
- Observe the cookie banner
Expected Behavior:
The "Cookie settings" button is present
Actual Behavior:
The "Cookie settings" button is missing
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
