Preconditions:

  • ETP set to STRICT
  • Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/08/19/fact-check-democrat-rep-robert-garcia-claims-donald-trump-told-americans-to-inject-bleach/
  2. Observe the cookie banner

Expected Behavior:
The "Cookie settings" button is present

Actual Behavior:
The "Cookie settings" button is missing

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
  • Reproducible on the latest Nightly
