Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Language.
2. Using keyboard navigation, select any language from the list by pressing "Enter" on the keyboard.
3. Observe the Focus state after selecting the language.

Expected behavior

The focus state remains on the last selected language.

Actual behavior

The Focus state disappears after selecting a language. Pressing the Tab key again, will focus the first option from the list.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly Fenix 131.0a1 from 08/29
• Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14)

Any additional information?

Pressing the Tab key on the last language causes the focus to shift to the entire section instead of the next element, first option from the list.
