1915702 - Update OHTTP Relay URL of shopping

Both https://mozilla-ohttp-fakespot.fastly-edge.com/ and https://mozilla-ohttp.fastly-edge.com/ resolve to the same servers and are interchangeable. For consistency with other Firefox components using OHTTP, let us update the shopping pref to point to the url without fakespot in the name.

For consistency with other uses of OHTTP in Firefox, update the URL. Both old
and new URL are aliases for the same server so behaviours are the same.
