Opened Translation Settings in: about:preferences#general

Actual results:

There was no button to add languages to be translated automatically

Expected results:

There should have been buttons to add languages

Language availability depends on the availability of a model to perform the translation. All available models are updated dynamically, and are listed in settings, so there is no concept of "adding a language".
