When I go to the page above, I get a blank screen. Looking at the code of the
page, it is issuing a refresh that should redirect you to the actual home page,
but nothing happens. This page works with Netscape 7.01, and with Mozilla at
least up to 030116 build. Clearing cache does not help.

BTW, same problem with a clean profile.

This is a regression from bug 170021 -- we should treat "0.1" as a number and we
do not.x
