I kinda-miss my old Mozilla sidebar tabs a bit so perhaps we can create a
Sidebar panel containing a implementation of Mozilla's sidebar tabs feature?.
(Or perhaps we can change the current sidebar system and Allow the user to
toggle between full or tabbed views of the Sidebar).

Not sure (I haven't used Mozilla for months), but this seems to be a dupe of bug
176547.
