Details
Using 2003013108, Win32 (WinME).
Beginning with trunk builds from December 2001 to present, every once in a while
upon left-clicking any link (or other clickable item), the entire screen content
jumps vertically about 1 inch.
Mouse pointer does not jump, however, leaving the pointer about 1 inch below the
intended item.
No pattern detected.
A subsequent click always proceeds normally.

I've seen this frequently on recent nightly builds on Windows 98.
Possibly related is bug 154467.
