1) My dialer does not remember my password AND does not launch Mozilla.
  How do i make it at least launch Mozilla?
2) After dialing, if i launch Mozilla before connection is finalized, Mozilla
does not patiently keep trying the URL, it is fast to give up and bitch.
  It would be nice if it would keep trying (like NetScrape 4.7 does).

Problem #1, for what it's worth, sounds like a problem with your dialer;
bugzilla is not the right place to ask for support (your Mozilla distributor or
the #mozillazine channel on irc or perhaps the appropriate newsgroup would be
the place to go).
