- Firefox 131.0b2
Affected versions
- Firefox 131.0b2
- Latest Nightly 132.0a1
Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: Windows 10, Windows 11

Steps to reproduce
- Install Firefox >=131 MSIX build which has the fix from bug 1794159
- Start the browser and visit
about:welcome
(if not already open at start) - Select
Pin Firefox to task bar and start menu
and uncheck the rest (just for simplicity) - Click Save and continue and Yes on the Windows notification.
- Click the Windows Start button
Expected result
- The size of the icon from the Start menu is similar to the one from a normal Firefox build.
Actual result
- The size of the icon is different for both MSIX Nightly 132 and Beta 131 builds in comparison to the non MSIX builds of the same builds.
Regression range
- Not a regression since this is a new implementation for MSIX builds in bug 1794159.
Additional info
- The MSIX icons are the ones from the left side in the attached screenshot.
