We made the directory dialog work much better in the installer but never put that code in widget so it would get a better directory dialog as well. This bug is to do that

This patch repositions everything to be much nicer and hides anything we don't know about. This keeps OS/2 utilities that mess with the file dialog from horking stuff up.
