Trunk build 2003-02-03: WinMe, Mac 10.1.5

Overview: Select a news message that is marked as Junk. Copy the message to a
local folder and the Junk icon does not remain.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a news message and mark it as junk
2. Copy the news message to a local folder
3. Select the local folder

Actual Results: The news message was copied but the Junk icon is not present. 

Expected Results: The news message in local folders should retain the Junk icon.

Additional Information:
- Perform the same steps on a mail message and the Junk icon is retained.

Changing summary from "Copy a news junk message to local folders and junk icon
not retained" to "Junk Icon not retained when message moved to different
folder". since it happens on a move to any folder, not just Local folders. 

bug 205397 confirms that this is happening, and I have confirmed it as well.

jason, this bug was specific to copy from a news group (which is now obsolete
because we don't currently support marking news msg as junk bug 179984).  We
have a separate bug for moving or copying from an imap account to a local
folder, bug 204515 which was fixed and verified with a 5-8-2003 build.  I have
tested moving messages from:
IMAP to IMAP
IMAP to POP folder
IMAP to local foler 
POP to POP
POP to Local 
These all retain the Junk icon. 
I'm changing this back to be NEWS specific for when news is supported.  Please 
take a build that has the fix for 204515 to see if you sill have a problem with
your mail accounts. 
205937 is a dup of 204515

Marking as invalid since we don't support junk on News (at the time being). The
general problem can be found in bug 196905
