Steps to reproduce:

Attempted to load localhost:9080/admin

Actual results:

a blank, empty tab labelled "new tab" is generated with no content.

Expected results:

I should have accessed my raspberry pi admin panel, or gotten an error message when it couldn't connect. Instead it generates no page.
