I added keyword exposures in bug 1915507 along with a Nimbus variable/pref to enable them for all results where result.exposureTelemetry is not NONE. That's a little inflexible and it's not hard to imagine we might want to record keyword exposures for some subset of result exposures. It's not much work or complication to make that change, so I'd like to go ahead and do it.
