Can you try this: Quit Mozilla (and quicklaunch, if running) Delete the file XUL.mfl in your profile dir Restart Mozilla Any change?
Nope...followed your instructions, but it's still crashing. I just tried to print in Ghostzilla (1.0 Demo) and it also crashed. I basically got the same error popup: GHOSTZILLA caused a general protection fault in module GDI.EXE at 0008:00003cb0. do you get the Netscape Feedback Agent when crashing ? If you have submitted data, please post Talkback ID for this crash "mozilla/bin/components/talkback.exe"

The Talkback module does not open / has never opened when it crashes. Even when I manually open Talkbalk, and then try to replicate the bug, no incidents are captured. Thus far, I've only seen the error popup.
you'll have to reinstall Mozilla to activate Talkback, can you upgrade to latest nightly build (upcoming 1.3) to check if you still crash ? http://ftp25moz.newaol.com/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-trunk/
I see the same problem with the 1.3b release under windows 2ksp2. I was previously running nightly builds with no problem, including 1/31/03. I completely uninstalled, deleted xul.mfl, reinstalled 1.3b and still have the problem.
does this still happen with latest 1.3 build ? http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-1.3
I don't see this any more...
