Steps to reproduce:

Watched a video on Youtube and the typing cursor is in the bottom left-hand of the screen.

Actual results:

The typing cursor does not go away.

Expected results:

The typing cursor should not be there because there is nowhere to type anything.

Do you have the Windows Text Cursor Indicator enabled? You can check this in Windows Settings by searching for and choosing text cursor indicator.

Have you enabled the caret browsing mode? If so, please disable it.
about:preferences > Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages

Turning off "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" seems to have worked.
