Since the new UI has been checked in I've not been seeing a file list
when I try and browse local files. The page just appears blank (with the column
heading and the first highlighted in grey). The columns do change to grey when
you highlight them, but there's no file (or directory) listing.

This occurs in the M11 Milestone build as well as the various nightlies.
