Steps to reproduce:

The scrolling was jerky with "Use hardware acceleration when available: on" but upon turning it off the issue got resolved. This issue is observed in intel core i5 processor with intel iris Xe graphics card.

Actual results:

Keyboard and touchpad scrolling were very jerky with the hardware acceleration turned on.

Expected results:

The keyboard and touchpad scrolling should have been smooth with hardware acceleration turned on.
