[META] Use different style for unfocused, selected tree item through the toolbox, like the Accessibility panel does

Accessibility tree, unfocused
In the Accessibility, when the accessibility tree is unfocused, the selected tree item gets a different style (grey background + original non selected color for text) instead of the regular focused one (blue background and white text).
We should adopt this for all our trees/lists in the toolbox (markup view, debugger sources panel, debugger callstack, ObjectInspector, …) as it helps users know if elements can be operated with the keyboard.
I'm setting this as a meta so the work can be implemented component by component, in smaller patches
