I have looked at the logs where I normally go to first for email issues with Phabricator and I see no errors or issues there currently. Are you receiving any emails from Phabricator at all or just not the revision referenced?

Phab emails seem to be coming like normal for other patches. I haven't done an exhaustive check though.

This may have been an intermittent issue that is now resolved. Please reopen if you are still missing email notifications when you expect them.
