I'm the reviewer on https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D221494 but I received no emails notifications for this (which I depend on to know about new review requests).

I have looked at the logs where I normally go to first for email issues with Phabricator and I see no errors or issues there currently. Are you receiving any emails from Phabricator at all or just not the revision referenced?

Phab emails seem to be coming like normal for other patches. I haven't done an exhaustive check though.
