Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to open any extension that makes use of a popover.
Actual results:
The only thing that renders is what's attached.
Expected results:
The extension popover renders.

This is the flatpak Thunderbird on Fedora... curiously I have the same setup (Fedora + the Thunderbird flatpak) on a different device and I'm not having this issue with that device.
