Steps to reproduce:

  1. Watch a youtube video using PiP
  2. During ads, drag or click in video playback

Actual results:

  1. Ads skipped

Expected results:

  1. Ads can't be skipped

It is a great feature for people who don't know about extensions or aren't allowed to install them.

Hi Anggi Irawan,

To Firefox's Picture-in-Picture feature, an advertisement on YouTube is just like any another YouTube video - and we offer playback control for videos on YouTube in the Picture-in-Picture player window, by design.

So we're working as intended here. I'm going to close this as WONTFIX.
